 the new Oyster Perpetual, the new Oyster Perpetual Logbook and the new Oyster Perpetual Longitudinal, all receiving stunning updates. While continuing the Rolex brand DNA, this new unveiling also ushers in a new evolution: new sizes, a complete change of movement and more stylish colourways ...... It can be said that each new Rolex release is a new trend in the watchmaking world.

In fact, the last time the Oyster Perpetual Submariner evolved in size was a century ago: in 1959, Rolex introduced a new generation of Submariners with an increased case size of 40 mm, up from 38 mm in the first generation, a traditional size that Rolex has continued to use ever since. 61 years later, the new Submariner finally brings a new change, with an increased case size of 41 mm, up from 40 mm. A new page in history has been turned. Time has taken its toll, and enough time has passed for the new Oyster Perpetual Submariner to be unveiled. Although the diameter of the watch has been enlarged by just 1 mm, it means a complete reset from the baseplate to the dial, from the movement to the rotating bezel. The new Submariner is equipped with the new generation calibre 3230, introduced for the first time this year, while the Oyster Perpetual Submariner Calendar is equipped with the calibre 3235. Both movements are equipped with the Chronergy escapement, developed and patented by Rolex, with the distinctive blue Parachrom hairspring, offering further enhancements in terms of precision and reliability, power reserve, shock resistance and anti-magnetic properties, as well as ease of use. The strap of the new Submariner has also been redesigned; an innovation that remains true to the classic aesthetic of the original watch. The middle link of the strap has been quietly widened,fausses montres de haute qualité  while the lugs have been narrowed at an angle from the original wide plate style, making it visually slimmer and still comfortable to wear.

The new Submariner is a new generation, with a larger diameter on the outside and a new evolution of the movement on the inside, the premium sports watch is being redefined and, as they say, a new king is being crowned.
